We offer a 30 day return, refund and exchange policy from the day of invoice. You must contact us by phone or email prior to any return, refund, or exchange. Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Please verify before ordering you have the product you need. Defective products must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. It is recommended that any shipments containing items for return are sent with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the item.
